This Privacy Policy describes how the Daproc service (the "Service"), available at https://daproc.com, collects, processes, and protects personal data and other information about users. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Data we process

When you register and use an account

Email address, username (login), and password (stored in a protected form).

When files are processed on our servers

Uploaded files, processing results, and related technical data required to perform the operation you select and to operate the Service.

Collected automatically

IP address, browser and device details, URLs of requested pages, and time of access; service logs to the extent necessary for stability, security, and capacity monitoring. For visitor analytics we use Yandex.Metrica (counter No. 106195334) provided by YANDEX LLC; Webvisor is enabled on the website.

When you pay

Transaction data (amount, date, status). Bank card data is processed by the payment provider Robokassa and is not received by the Operator’s servers.

Operations in the browser

Some tools run locally on your device; in that case file content is not transmitted to the Operator’s servers.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Providing Service functionality, including performing the file operations you choose.
  • Recording usage and managing subscriptions.
  • Enforcing subscription plan limits, billing, and performing the agreement (public offer).
  • Protecting the Service and preventing abuse and fraud.
  • Improving the Service and visitor analytics.
  • Complying with the laws of the Russian Federation.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Payment for paid services is processed by Robokassa LLC (Robokassa).

Processing of payment (bank card) data is governed by the Robokassa privacy policy.

Any other disclosure to third parties takes place only where there is a lawful basis (your consent, performance of a contract, or a legal requirement).

5. Retention periods

  • Account data (email, password hash) — until you delete the account or withdraw consent where permitted by law.
  • Files and server-side processing results — until automatic deletion under the Service rules (including after the task completes and any retention period stated on the website), unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Logs and technical metadata — for periods necessary for security and incident investigation, unless the law provides otherwise.

6. Data protection

  • Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes.
  • Communication between your browser and the Service uses HTTPS.
  • Access to infrastructure and databases is restricted; organizational and technical safeguards are applied.

7. Your rights

Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (Russian Federation), you may obtain information about processing of your personal data, request rectification, blocking, or erasure, and withdraw consent where the law allows.

8. Cookies and local storage

The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • maintain your session and authentication;
  • store interface preferences (including language);
  • ensure the proper and secure operation of the website.

We may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Policy.
